In a time when there is a shortage of skilled workers, digitization creates new opportunities to bring companies and talent together more quickly. Everbay, an emerging social recruiting startup, has taken on this challenge. Social recruiting is a modern approach to recruitment that uses social media and online networks to identify and engage candidates. To increase their reach and efficiency, Everbay decided to modernize their operational platform.

Project Overview

Our collaboration aimed to develop a modern SaaS application with a self-service portal that seamlessly integrates with various HR services and advertising platforms. The core of the project was the development of high-speed mobile funnels that enable a smooth user experience and significantly reduce the time between initial contact and the hiring of candidates.

Technical Implementation

Starting from an MVP consisting of low- and no-code tools, we worked to create a full platform. By gradually replacing third-party tools with tailored solutions, we were able to achieve a more consistent user experience while also reducing fixed costs and manual effort. A crucial strategic milestone was the integration of a complex AI into the HR process. This AI integration optimized personnel management and thus increased efficiency in operational business.

Results

By modernizing the platform, we were able to realize valuable features that go beyond the capabilities of pure third-party solutions. The improved platform not only enhanced internal efficiency but also created added value for Everbay’s customers by accelerating talent acquisition and successfully addressing the shortage of skilled workers.

This case study underscores the importance of digitization in modern recruiting and shows how a thoughtful technological strategy can help companies remain competitive in a challenging market.
