Transparent pay model for working students
Fairness and transparency matter to us: It is important to us that good performance is fairly compensated and that everyone on our team (even beforehand) knows what our criteria are.
That is why we have developed a new compensation model that is primarily aimed at working students. It is based on three main factors: Practical experience, knowledge, and responsibility.

Start your journey by filling out the online form where we ask for your general information, your resume, and your interests in IT.
