Your way to us!

Our application process consists of 5 steps - and within a few weeks you will receive a final decision on whether you can start with us (depending on your response times).

In addition to the technical fit, we want to make sure that you are a good fit for us as a person - and of course that we are a good fit for you.

Start with our online form

Start your journey by filling out the online form where we ask for your general information, your resume, and your interests in IT.

Get to know us in an initial meeting.

In a first conversation, we want to get to know you a little bit based on your application and clarify some framework details before moving on to the next round.

Solve the SelectCode challenges

We have set up small challenges for our various technologies, which give you a good insight into the challenges of our project everyday life.

Get to know us in conversation

As soon as you have successfully completed the challenges, we will invite you to talk to our founders to get to know each other better.

We want to find out what motivates you, what your ambitions are - and what experience you have gained so far.

Effort: ~ 90 minutes

Feedback: Within 3 working days

Step 5

Show us what you can do technically

A second interview (remote) will focus on your technical skills. We want to get to know how you approach technical challenges: Together we will add a feature to your solution to the tech challenge.

If you convince us there too, we'll say: Welcome to our team! 🎉

Next step: Onboarding
