SelectCode Trip 2023

Our SelectCode Trip 2023 to Austria (September 4-6) was a success and a great combination of adventure and learning! 🧠 In the heart of the Alpine country, we focused on strengthening the team while hiking and cooking together. The highlight and central element of the program was our interactive Design Thinking workshop, which not only advanced our skills but also generated creative ideas and a lot of fun. In addition to individual goals aimed at the development of each team member, we also set #CompanyGoals for the next year that we want to tackle and achieve together. 🎯 To top it off, on the last evening, we competed in teams in the SelectCode Olympics and had to solve tricky tasks. Our team, including the four new members, is motivated to take this key step on our journey and shape the future with individual software solutions! 🚀
