Why is this important to us?
Data collected from customers or users of software is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that data may only be stored for as long as is necessary for the provision of the service or the contract. Data must be deleted regularly to prevent it from being misused. The data must also be encrypted so that it cannot be read by unauthorized persons.
SelectPrivacy
With our SelectPrivacy package, we can build and operate GDPR-compliant software for our customers. We work together with the data protection agency heyData, which supports us and our customers in creating data protection concepts and regulations.
